This is a highly recommended, no-cost offering for any self-hosted customer planning to install or upgrade Jama Connect. Our Installation & Upgrade Consultation provides expert guidance to help you prepare for a successful installation or upgrade. We assess your current environment, clarify requirements, and identify potential risks or compatibility concerns. For upgrades, we will provide a precise upgrade path to the latest self-hosted Jama Connect. We can also provide information regarding a migration to the Cloud.

Whether you’re installing for the first time or upgrading your existing Jama Connect, we offer recommendations and best practices to ensure a smooth, efficient installation or upgrade.

Outcomes:

• We will provide recommendations and necessary resources for your team to
  install or upgrade of Jama Connect on your own.
•  If you need professional assistance, we will recommend services to assist with your installation or upgrade. Please note that a Success Program or purchased Services agreement is required for professionally guided installation/upgrade.

Installation Services:

Installation services are available. During the consultation, you will be provided information about guided services to assist with your installation of Jama Connect.

Services require a Success Program or other Services Agreement.

Installation is scoped at 1 credit for up to 1 Jama Connect Environment installed.

Upgrade Services:

Upgrade services are available. During the consultation, you will be provided information about guided services to assist with your upgrade of Jama Connect.

Upgrade services require scoping a Success Program or other Services Agreement and will be scoped during your consultation if desired.

Weekend Installation and Upgrade Services:

Installation and Upgrade Services are available for two credits. These credits are in additional to Installation and Upgrade credits. All services require a Success Program or other Services Agreement.
